you can contact our customer service and ask to change your address if you have not received your tracking number. However, you are not able to change your address after you got tracking number from us. because your item is already leave from our warehouse. we run a fully automated order, pick, pack and dispatch system with our warehouse. so it is difficult for us to make changes of any kind to an order once you have submitted it, so please be very careful with misspelling the address, you have to give us the correct address for fast and correct delivery. All address should be in English. however, if you want ship to Taiwan by HCL Delivery company. you should write down address in Chinese.

However, Vintage products may have minor scratches and contamination that are not included in the product pictures and descriptions. We will record all packing process through CCTV 24 hours and we pack completely in perfect way not to get damage during the delivery. please be aware the situation that we are not able to control the whole delivery process after your good leave from our warehouse. Contaminated parts of the product usually start with Grade 9 or 8. However, if the noodles are in very good condition, the grade will be upgraded. Therefore, if you are curious about the details of the product, please contact the customer center before purchasing the product. It does not describe detailed defects. We reiterate that vintage products are not perfect, and we ask for your patience in this regard.

Custom Duties and Import Taxes

The delivery company will try to contact you several times, but if this fails, the item will be automatically returned or disposed of in your country, and we are not responsible for this and no refund will be given.

Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges. Even if delivery company or custom office try to contact you. but If you refuse to contact them or they are not able to contact you in anyways. the item will be automatically disposed of in your country or returned to Korea. We are NOT responsible for this part and there is no refund. When goods are shipped into the US, the buyer (“Importer”) is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”). Delivery information

When you pack your order and print the shipping label, you will receive a tracking number. The tracking number is not valid until the product arrives in the customer's country. The product will take 2 to 3 days to Incheon Airport and 1 to 2 days on board in Korea. we load goods on airplanes once a week for European countries. Other countries operate it from Monday to Friday. Each country has a different delivery period. These days, due to Covid--19, the delivery situation is not as good as before. Please note that we don't accept refund or cancellation order or return due to Covid-19 issues. Please note that it may take up to 45 days in Europe if your country situation is no good because of Covid-19.
If your order is delivered but you haven’t actually received the item, there are a few things you can do. • Check your Tracking number given by us to know where your item is • Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally. • Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, shipping service name, and your shipping address. You may have to contact us to get some of these details.

Orders and Returns

Unfortunately it isn't possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been placed and paid for. Due to our fully automated system once an order is placed. the order list will be automatically sent to our warehouse. Please carefully consider whether the product before you are sure to make the payment. if you have issues with it, please contact our customer service.
Vintage or custom-made handmade items cannot be returned due to change of your mind. This is also consistent with Paypal regulations. If a customer does not pay the customs duty, import taxes or refuses to receive the product due to change of mind, in some countries the product is often discarded at customs without being returned to Korea. in this case, JJLuxuryworld is not responsible for this situation. Please note that Vintage products are not perfect as much as new product. If the Grade is low, Please check the product's condition with the customer center before purchasing. However, Many customers are very satisfied with Market lowest price and highest quality. You will not be disappointed with our service.
If you order a reservation product together, it may be delayed as it will be shipped together with the reservation product. Regarding, K-Pop Albums, if you order the random version, you will get only one album randomly, However, If you order 2 albums in a random version, we will send you the albums that will not overlap each other when you receive it. Please note that we don't exchange or refund the album case due to slight scratches and discoloration.
Please note that depending on the manufacturer's situation, the contents of the poster or photo card may vary or no provided. This situation is all same when other store sell it. we don't accept the refund or exchange due to the reason.

Gift Card

You can purchase Gift card on JJLW website. there is a menu named "Gift Card" on bottom of our online store.
Once a gift card has been used or expired, it is hard to get a refund. you can check the Validity, Expiration Date and Status of any gift card code. The Expiration date is 1-year after you purchased the gift card. Based on South Korea law, we don't give a refund for the gift card.
Unfortunately not, you should use your gift card at once. it is not possible to use the balance of gift card partially.
